I've spent more than twenty years on both sides of this work — design and engineering — and in that time I kept hearing founders tell the same story. They'd paid an agency real money, spent every call with a salesperson, and then watched their project disappear into a queue behind a rotating cast of contractors. The estimate moved. The timeline moved. Nobody could quite explain why.

So Cyvantis works the other way around. You talk to me, and I'm the one designing and building it — there's no handoff between a design team and a dev team, because there's only me. We agree on a fixed price before anything starts, and if the build takes longer than I thought it would, that's mine to absorb, not a change order for you. You're new — why should I trust you?

Cyvantis is new — I'm not. I've spent more than twenty years in design and engineering, and every project here is designed and built by me personally, never passed to a contractor you've never met. This site is a fair sample of the craft you can expect, and every engagement starts with a fixed price, so the estimate carries no risk for you.

What if the project goes over the estimate?

It won't change your price. We quote a fixed number before starting; if the build runs long, that's on us, not you.

Who owns the code?

You do — all code and accounts are yours from day one. There is no lock-in.

What happens after launch?

We hand everything off cleanly, and ongoing support is available whenever you want to keep iterating.
